The cosmoscrystal.com website contains designs which are trademarks or intellectual property of their respective companies and are  provided only as a convenience for their lawful use. Purchasers of trademarked designs assume full liability and responsibility with respect to the lawful or unlawful use of intellectual property. Address inquiries to the specific company or    trademark holder for restrictions or conditions prior to use. Affiliates  should refer to their licensee, franchisee, sponsorship or other contract for  more information.

Advertising/Marketing agencies, Event Planners/Promoters, etc should obtain written authorization prior to use.

cosmoscrystal.com or its agents, employees, vendors, or  affiliated companies assume no responsibility regarding the unauthorized use or  purchase of products manufactured utilizing registered trademarks. The purchase of any logo is not an authorization for the use of the specific logo. cosmoscrystal.com will, upon request, forward any purchaser information to the requesting  organization or agency.

Manufacturers, companies, organizations, artists, bands or other groups wishing to formally add their designs to the  cosmoscrystal.com online store can request a copy of our Licensing Form via email.  Once the authorization form has been submitted along with the royalty agreement, our Artwork Approval/Color Option form will be created from submitted artwork or artwork from our database.

cosmoscrystal.com is constantly creating dozens of  new designs based on our own ideas and from artwork submitted from customers. If a design is discovered to conflict with any copyrighted or trademarked design, we request to be notified in writing as soon as possible. cosmoscrystal.com will  investigate all intellectual property manner inquiries in an expedient manner.

FAIR USE

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in the fair use of a trademark’s name as a protected part of The First Amendment guaranteeing the  right to free speech. Specifically referring to vinyl graphics, signage and advertising: A brand name/registered trademark can be used as long as it does  not utilize the same typeface as the distinctive mark. For example: I love my Toyota utilizing a generic font and not the Toyota® typeface or logo or a LAKER FAN sign which does not use the Lakers® organization emblem are acceptable under  the law.
